Taishan Xinhe Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is located in the southwestern part of the Pearl River Delta, within Guangdong Province’s Greater Bay Area, on the banks of the Tanjiang River in Jiangmen City. It shares a narrow stretch of water with Kaiping and Xinhui, lies approximately 40 kilometers from the Yamen Estuary, and is about 120 kilometers from Guangzhou. With the Guangfo Expressway and the Xintai Expressway crisscrossing the region, transportation is exceptionally convenient.

Founded in May 2008, the company adheres to a people-oriented philosophy and maintains a well‑structured organizational framework. It has established standardized safety production practices and a quality management system (ISO), and has obtained certification from the China Classification Society (CCS) for shipbuilding and classification, as well as accreditation from the Ministry of Agriculture for steel‑hull fishing vessel construction qualifications.
The shipyard covers an area of over 100 mu and specializes in building high-quality vessels, including ocean-going fishing boats, engineering vessels, cargo ships, cement tankers, passenger ships, and yachts, all with a total length of 120 meters or less.
